Last minute planning

We are going in a few weeks and I just have a few questions.

1) Do the restaurants in US/IOA and City Walk accept travelers checks?
2) How much are the lockers at the park? Not the free ride lockers, but the lockers used to store items for an extended period.
3) I am going to use lanyards to hold our room keys for FOTL. How do you put the hole in them to attach them to the lanyard? Also, how do they scan them? Is there a machine or does someone physically scan them?
4) I know there is several "fountains" and water areas that the kids can cool off in. Just wondering if other families carry a spare set of clothes?

Any information would be helpful.

3. You can ask the Front desk to punch a hole in them. We used the plastic pouches and never had a problem with them being scanned.

A TM uses a hand held device to scan the keys.

We have used Travellers Cheques at Citywalk restaurants with no problems at all

we always buy our lanyards from the rock store in the HRH and they come with the plastic pouch.

The latest info I have (2008) is that lockers are $8 or $10 per day depedning on the size you require.

As the pp said, the large locker was $10 last year. We usually get one at IOA to put in things for after doing the water rides.
