Last minute Extended Hours?

Does this still happen? Think I saw this a few years ago, that they would extend the hours at the park like the day of, keeping the park open longer than initially advertised.

Planning for a few last minute short trips in Sept and Oct and hoping beyond hope we may get a little extra time in park than 10pm. But have not seen this happen for a long while.

It just happened on Thursday. Just before 3 they made an announcement to the park that hours were extended from 12 to 1.

Yeah I think it happens quite a bit. I think they can tell based on FPs and reservations. Thank goodness this is one case where the masses win. I've NEVER seen SW or BG extend their hours even when they were packed. Patooey!

We were in MK in January when they announced that they were extending the park hours by one hour.

We had this happen on our last trip and we're able to grab a 4th for A&E during the extended hours

I could have sworn when we were there over Christmas we received a note under their door stating additional hours both AM and PM had been added

Thanks I was gonna ask how do we know when they extend them - like say we are in the park enjoying our day and then all of a sudden they decide to close later - how do you know?

Was there in Feb when this happened and it was announced via loudspeaker. It was a pleasant surprise!
