Is it possible to add 2 people to your ressie 4 days before you arrive? (room, dining plan, park hopper passes)

I think it is possible (unless you got some special discount or something that had an end time and/or the number of people would put you over what is permitted for your room). You should call Disney to ask now.

Well adding them to the room proabably won't be as hard as getting ADRs especially if it's two days from NOW (AKA as Thanksgiving week!)
