:surfweb: Okay folks which TS restaurant would you choose for breakfast on your last day, and why. Please help me I want to choose the best one for our last memories of our trip pixiedust:

I think we need more details about your last day. When does your flight leave? Will you have a car? Are you planning to go to a park?

If we drive down then we tend to go to a resort restaurant. We really live Boma because of the variety of food and the pressed pot of coffee is excellent. The big breakfast will let us drive for a long time before stopping for lunch.

If we have a morning flight where we don't have time to go to a park then we eat at the resort. Our favourite resort is BWV and we really like the breakfast at Kouzzina.

If we have time to go a park then we would likely go to Magic Kingdom and have breakfast at Crystal Palace because it would let us into the park before rope drop.

You are right cslittle999 my daughter and I do not have to leave until mid afternoon for our flight so a park is possible for a breakfast, we will be staying at AKL if that helps to. Was wondering about Ohana's anyone have a opinion on it?:surfweb:

Ohana's breakfast is what I was actually going to recommend! They have a nice selection of characters (Mickey, Stitch, Lilo, Pluto...) and the setting is very relaxed. Food comes to your table, including fresh fruit and pineapple bread which is always good. I found the character interaction to be the best we've had, and we didn't feel like we were being rushed out.

Ohana's is a good choice if you're looking for character interaction outside of a park. If you get an early ADR you should still have time to go over to MK for a final few rides.

Boma would be slightly more relaxed simply because you wouldn't necessarily have to checkout before breakfast. With Ohana's you would need to check out and leave your luggage with bell services before going to the Poly.

One thing to keep in mind. Your ME bus (I'm assuming you're using ME) pickup time will be 3 hours before your flight. You'll need to make sure you leave time to get back to AKL and get your luggage back from bell services so you can be waiting for the bus.

There are so many great choices but our tradition is the Crystal Palace for breakfast on the last day. Always before rope drop too so we can get some good pictures of Main Street and the Castle with no crowds. And I just like spending my last few hours at MK anyway.:goodvibes

do CM for our last breakfast. The kids get to see the big 5 on the last day. We try to leave by 1:00 PM so a park day doesn't really fit. It's just breakfast and final souvenir shopping at DTD that morning.

I'll be honest, CM's food does not wow me. The challah french toast is really good and I like the cheesy potatoes and always leave full, but it's mainly about the characters.

We always seem to end up at AK for our last day so of course Tusker House makes sense to us with all of the classic characters as well. I don't like to be running all over on our last day, esp. with the fear of missing that ME bus and then essentially missing our flight lol. We love Crystal Palace as well.

We always go to MK on our last day. So we eat at Crystal Palace. We get a 8am ADR and get in early for some good pics. Have a magical trip!

This is tough - depends.... We always end up out SO late the last night, that getting up early the last day is tough......

Boma's breakfast is great and would be close - but you didn't mention if you have already done it or not.

CM's is a option if you don't have park admission that day but want to see characters. Food is only so-so - characters are great.

O'hanas - well - I don't like that place - and I know I am in the minority.....

I LOVE breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe because it is so quiet and relaxing. And the food is good.

So many good ideas and not enough time to do all of them. I asked my daughter last night what she would like to do and her response was " whatever" you plan, arrrgh she is so not helpful :confused3.

On our last FULL day, we usually do 8am ADR at CP. We love to spend our last day at MK and that early ADR is awesome.:thumbsup2 There's nothing like an empty Main Street.:cloud9: We don't usually do a park on our last day because it's too rushed; you are constantly looking at the time to make sure you are back at your resort for that 3 hour ME pickup.:headache:

On our last day/departure day, our plane usually leaves around 3pm, give or take an hour or two. That leaves us getting picked up by ME at the latest by 12nn. We just eat at our resort, walk around, take pictures, pack, and buy souveniers at the gift shop. Going to another resort or park makes us feel rushed. :upsidedow

I would eat at Boma and enjoy a stroll and take pics at AKL.:) Maybe you could even get in an early morning swim if you leave late enough.

Our last day/departure day is deff different since we will be driving 11hrs back to Virginia. I have Chef Mickey's planned so that DD4 can experience the Fab 5 one last time. We plan to check out of POP, drive over to Contemporary and eat Breakfast, take our time to enjoy it and the characters and then start the long treck home!!!

Just seems like a great idea to be able to see the characters one last time, even knowing you are leaving soon :sad1:

Tusker House in AK has Donald and friends and food great.

Boma's breakfast is great but no characters.....also close to resort

Hollywood and Vine has Manny and friends and is good in HS

IMO Tusker House as closer to your resort and you want characters:wizard:
