I'm always amazed when people say that. I stopped work last Christmas and my life has been non-stop ever since - there are never enough hours in the day!!!
Never mind Kaylee, once babs arrives you'll be busy every minute and at the end of the day you'll wonder where it went as it'll seem like you've accomplished nothing - but the whole day will have gone!! It's weird but those little people really make life busy!!

I do sympathise Kaylee - those last couple of weeks are awful - you don't feel up to doing anything much and you just want it to be over!!!! Both of mine were about a week late too - fingers crossed your little one will be more punctual!!

I've had a lovely, if some what emotional day! i got lots of pressies from the children in my class- flowers, teddies and baby clothes. Then there was a special assembly with loads of the parents (which I wasn't expecting). I was given a big bunch of flowers from the whole school, the staff got me Toys R Us vouchers (we are getting our nursery stuff from there), smellies and a teddy. And the parents had had a collection and gave me some Mothercare vouchers and flowers. the Head said that she didn't know anything about the collection, they had done it on their own, it really meant a lot! And at lunch time their was a surprise lunch, with cobs from my favourite cob shop.

I have spent most of the day crying, I'm off again now actually, but am very ready to rest up, at least for a bit.
