Large family accommodations

I am in the beginning stages of planning. We have been to WDW and DL many times. We have five children, the youngest being 11, so we typically gravitate towards offsite accommodations where we can get more room and drive/transit to the parks. I am wondering if anyone can give any advice for larger families regarding accommodations. Where would you stay, and what would you suggest? Any other advice for larger family travel would be fantastic. We have been to Europe many times, but not with the kids. We are coming from Western Canada. Thank you so much.

My personal offsite hotel is Campanile. There is free bus transport to the parks, but I also take an Uber.
You can look at the other partner hotels, depending on your preferences and budget they might all fit.

Try the Residhome Aparthotel - it has a choice of both one and two bedroom suites that can sleep anywhere between 4 and 7 guests and each one includes a kitchenette. Location is right by the Val D'Europe train station (one stop from Disneyland Paris), so access to the park is quick and easy.
