My laptop has started making a noise; doesn't sound good. Maybe a fan or hard drive going out. Wondering if it is worth getting a repair place to look at? Anyone have a recommendation on a place to take it? I'm in the Dallas area so should have some options.
Anyone do their own repairs on a laptop? I know a fan is fairly easy to replace in a desktop just not sure about a laptop. Is is something a handy computer person could do?
