We have rearranged days somewhat at the last minute and are needing a 6 person reservation to Yak and Yeti, but they are full. My understanding is that with the Landrys card, we will get the next available table regardless of reservation, is that correct?
This would be for next week (October 21st) so are you able to print off a copy of the card since it wouldn't arrive in time I'm assuming? Is the $25 welcome reward to offset the program cost on there immediately aka usable for that first trip? I don't know that we will use the card otherwise....thanks!

I don't know about your seating question, but yes the $25 will be on your card in 24-48 hours from purchase.

That's been our experience with the seatin (we had our card though, don't know if a photocopy would make a difference). On Saturday there was an 1.5 hour wait for Rainforest Cafe and we sat in 5 minutes with the card, no reservation.

Yes, with the card you get priority seating (came in SUPER handy at AK Rainforest Cafe on a really rainy day!) and, yes, the $25 goes toward your bill (even the first one). I do not know, however, if you can print the card online.

Jumpin in...does anyone know if you can use the sign up bonus and the birthday bonus on the same check?

Yes you can. You can use up to $300. Just remember that if you use $45 of the $50 (sign up and birthday) you will forfeit the remaining $5.

Looking at the menu and the drinks we may want to try I somehow think it won't be a problem hitting our $50

If your card doesn't arrive, they should be able to check using the phone number you used for the account.

FWIW this has NEVER been my experience. It shortens our wait time, but it's been nothing like 5 minutes compared to 90 minutes.

You might be in front of those with reservations, but there are likely to be plenty of people who have landry's cards and checked in before you.

We have always been next table seated when we have the card. we have always been seated ahead of the line of people that checked in before us. At rainforest T. rex and Yak and yeti.

This has been our experience every time we have gone also. Even at TREX with a party of 10 and over an hour wait for everyone else we were seated within 5 minutes.

If this is probably the only time you will use the card and you haven't purchased it yet, is there someone in your group that has a birthday in October? You would get an additional $25 birthday reward if there is. I have never had to wait very long at any Landry restaurant with the card and have never had reservations.

Does that include kids? None of the adults do but a child does, but would we need to bring a bc to prove it? Or is it just adults?

I have always been seated almost immediately at RFC, TRex and Yak and Yeti (as well as Bubba Gump at Universal). This includes our late August trip (went to Bubba Gump and Rainforest) when I forgot to bring the card and they had no issues looking my information up via my email and telephone number. So you should be able to use your card prior to receiving it in the mail.

As the previous poster said, it's 16 years of age and up. Be aware that the card/membership has to be in the name of the person with the birthday in October....ie, it doesn't include anyone in the group that has a birthday in October.

I called when I set up my husband's account to ask about the birthday. She told me I could put whatever date I wanted as the reward was only issued once a year. Since we tended to go in the fall, I put an October date (his birthday is in March). We just used the birthday rewards again last week with no issues.

Good to know, that is perfect, thanks!

So glad I read this! I couldn't get a reservation at T-rex, so I bought a membership card. Hopefully we can easily walk up with it.
Thank you!

Just in case you don't receive your card within 2 weeks, go into their website and request new card.

My son paid for the card on 9/16 but we did not receive the card after 2 weeks so he went into their website and requested new card. Within a week, we received both old card dated sent 9/16 and new card dated 10/5 on 10/12/16. Interesting enough, they had different "code" numbers so we had to call to find out which should we use and was told to use the one sent on 10/5.

@Stefani P., fyi, many had problem getting reservation at T-rex but it was suggested to call T-rex directly instead and those who called was able to get the reservation. But since you bought the card, it'll save you time since Landry members gets seated before those who has ADR without the Landry card.

Ah! I never even thought to call them directly.

I am kind of new to this. The last time I went to Disney was for my daughter's 10th birthday...we stayed off site and only ate at 1 sit down place.
She is now 21!!
