Hey, did I tell you guys we caught the squirrel last night?
He's been gently released into a beautiful wooded area a couple miles away.

No, you didn't tell us!! I'm glad that little problems solved.
We don't have squirrels on my little island. No acorn trees. My DH wants a squirrel sooooo badly. I'm like, helloooo, have you never seen National Lampoons Christmas Vacation?!?!?
On another note, I have been procrastinating all day. Which means that it is 8:21, and I now have to:
Get the bed stuff out of the dryer and make the kids beds.
Give the kids a bath, and get them into their freshly made beds.
Clean the kitchen and the dinner mess.
Take care of my three doggies.
Enter in a bunch of invoices for the business.
Get the deposit for the business ready for the morning.
Enter in all the receipts (gas, meals, etc) for the business (which will take me hours since I have not done this since probably September).
Get myself all bathed and smelly good.
Of course, I'd love to put off the business paperwork, but I'm supposed to be taking it to the accountant in the morning so he can get our taxes done, so this is the eleventh hour, and no more procrastinating is allowed.
Another night of no sleep. Not that it matters, since I can't sleep without DH anyway.
I can spot at least four things on that list that don't have to be done tonight...
sleep is not optional..I guarantee you that DH is sleeping like a log without you..this way you have the whole bed to stretch out in..Get the bed stuff out of the dryer and make the kids beds.-Let them get their own sheets and make their own beds, after all you did the hard part by putting them in the dryer and turning it on..
Give the kids a bath, and get them into their freshly made beds. -They smell fine...the clean sheets will soak up any "odors".
Clean the kitchen and the dinner mess.-why?isn't it just going to get messed up again tomorrow?
Take care of my three doggies.-yes, take care of the doggies
Enter in a bunch of invoices for the business.-if you must to keep the business running...ok
Get the deposit for the business ready for the morning.-ok..see above.
Enter in all the receipts (gas, meals, etc) for the business (which will take me hours since I have not done this since probably September).-Since September? so what's the big rush now?
Get myself all bathed and smelly good. You smell fine to me..splash some of that Jean Nate on yourself.

thanksokay everyone be good. I am off to bed. I am have a bad day today for some reason. I hope it is just because I have a touch of a bug and am just in a funk from that. I will catch up with you later.
Kelly I am so sorry about you grandpop in law. Please let me know if I can help you in any way![]()
Yes, that was me that had the 2 year old smearing the contents of his Pampers on the kitchen floor. Nothing says good morning like scrubbing poo...![]()
Kelly,
I'm sorry about your DH's grandpa. It's bad enough waiting around for the inevitable, but having to worry about missing work just adds on to the misery...![]()

Wish I had a quittin bell.
And yes, we're all anxiously awaiting the baby news, but since it's 10:30, I'm thinking it's going to wait til tomorrow.

I think she's 1-2 hours behind us![]()
Ok yall, I must really be sleep deprived after the last few nights, because THAT is MY post, and as I was scrolling down the screen and I swore it said: Wish I had quit bitten.
Of course, I'm looking to see who the silly poster is and wondering what on earth they're biting...
Anyhow, Queenie, that's a weird thread, because if you look at the poll, there's almost as many "mom and son" supporters as there are school supporters, yet only, what, 2 of the mom and son supporters have posted on the thread.
nope....no alcohol in me at allAre ya drunk yet, Kaw?
I am trying to be patient but
I want the baby news!!!

apology accepted.Yeah, I saw that the poll was pretty close, too. There are a couple of posters pro mom,(let's face it, this is ALL about mom. If she told that kid he wasn't going to have that haircut because she didn't like it..there would be no problem..I wonder if the kid wanted to wear big sister's make up to school because he "liked it" if she would be defending that right as strongly..) but there is one from another country that has initials..I have no idea what it is..BVI??? I dunno..geography ain't my bag..anyway, he is blah, blah, blah, civil liberties..he did all kinds of disruptive things in his HS years missed 53 days, and now he is the genius graduate, post graduate, sigma cum everything...and you have to wonder how miserable he was to go to school with..both students and teachers.
I will stand up for my kid when I think it is important. a stupid haircut is NOT a place to take a stand, IMO....my apologies to all of you who have kids with mohawks..![]()
