My review of Ft. Wilderness
The first time I stayed at Ft. Wilderness was Dec. 2005. We stayed at Site 501. It was right by the bus stop and we liked that. This year Site 501 was taken so we chose Site 506. This is a preferred loop.
We still did not due much exploring like we would of liked due to my schedule

of wanting to make sure we hit the attractions that we wanted to do.
I give Ft. Wilderness a thumbs up. We found people to be very friendly

and the area clean. I love to go around a holiday because of the decorations that some people put up. If you go to Ft. Wilderness, check out the first RV that you come to in the 300 Loop (Not sure if that number is right, but it is right across from the 500 Loop). This RV and surronding area is always decorated. Since Halloween just passed a few days before we got there, they still had their decorations up. This same RV was decorated for Christmas

last year while we were there. So I am figuring they camp for months at a time in Disney. Several people decorate their golf carts as well. We are getting a golf cart

in Jan in order to explore more. We did not have a chance to go to Settlement Depot this time. Last year my sister and I did use the buses in the campground and there were fine. We found them running on a constant basis. We also took the boat

from Magic Kingdom to Ft. Wilderness one night.
They offer movies (shown outside) on a daily basis. You can also meet Chip and Dale before the movie starts at a campfire sing-a-long

.
Please feel free to ask me any questions. I could of left something out that you may need to know.
