11/3 - Epcot, Food & Wine Festival, and Back to Downtown Disney
Today was the day that we would be going to Epcot. Epcot is the first park due to my parents loving to ride
A little background before I move on....my father has had surgery done on both of his knees. So he walks a little slower and if he is a good boy will use cane. This trip is a laid back one due to this and I allowed my parents to say which parks they wanted to visit. See I am a good daughter. All I ask of them it is follow directions when I tell them to go right, left, etc.

This also makes me the Fastpass Runner for the trip. Now back to the story.
Per my rule, we are to get to Epcot before they open in order for ME to get early fastpasses to Soarin'. We accomplished that goal. Here we are walking to the entrance from the Handicap Parking Lot
So off I speed walk to Soarin'. The training I have been putting in for the 1/2 marathon is paying off. I secure a time of 10:38-11:38. I get on the cell phone to locate my people. My mother has went to the bathroom (one of many stops). I think she should write a book on bathrooms.

Good thing she doesn't read the disboards. I would be in big trouble. We decide to do
It was cute and kids should love it.
Lan is a Friend not Food
We then road Living with the Land. I didn't take any pictures during this attraction. Now I must say the rows on the boat do not fit 4 adults of average size. We could of speard out on two rows. It was not that uncomfortable and I am glad were family is all that i am going to say.
After The Land it was time to soar. My cousin had never rode it and she enjoyed the experience. We sat on the right side in the last row.
Now it was getting close to time for The World Showcase to open. Meaning Food & Wine Festival. I knew my parents would enjoy it more by going early without the crowd. We discovered the
My mother ended up purchasing a bottle of $73 wine that my sister had requested before we left. The name of it is Mission Hill Reserve Riesling Icewine. I don't drink so please don't ask how it tasted. It was from Canada and is a desert wine.
A picture of the crew testing out a bench
I had Canadian Chedder Cheese Soup which was great
I had Spanakopita and Honey Baklava which was good
The family sampling Main Loster Roll, BBQ Pork Rib with grilled fresh corn, and Blackberry Cobbler. My father had the Rancho Zabaco Heritage Vine Zinfadel which I was requested to get for him since he had already sat down. Well the CM made me feel good because she asked for my ID. I was carded
I am a pickey eater, but the food I tried was good. The crew sampled a great deal especially the wine. Ha Ha.
After making our way around the world, we stopped for the best thing that was offered A MIckey Mouse Ice Cream Bar
We attempted to get fastpasses for Test Track but the return time was several hours away. My father's knees were beginning to hurt. So we just went back to the car.
We did end up going back to Downtown Disney to pick up my ornament and for my cousin to begin her shopping. My father and mother just set on a bench and people watched after going to Goofy's Candy Company.
11/4 - Chef Mickey's and Animal Kingdom
