Lagoon view at yacht club

Today I switched from BC to YC and the cast member repeatedly told me we have a lagoon view room. In the MDE app it says water view. Was she wrong?
To be fair, I thought she was wrong when she was saying it. I didn't think you could book a lagoon view there and it's just the luck of the draw on who gets them.

Water View Club Level will have a Lagoon View. Water View non Club Level will have a pool or Lake view.

I think she meant the Stormalong Bay lagoons. Our YC CL water view has always been of the swimming pool complex.
I think you can request the lighthouse view, which would bring you to the set of rooms that are closer to the lounge.

I'm pretty sure it's not club level. I didn't ask though. It started out as a bounce back offer, standard view at BC for 6 nights, we added 2 nights and up also upgraded from the QS to the regular dining plan. No change in tickets. There are 4 of us.
It increased the price by just under 3k. I'm assuming CL would have increased that by a lot more.
Plus it would say CL on MDE right? I should have just asked her about it.
I don't have my hopes up, it's still crazy to me that we are able to stay at a deluxe. It's literally going to be a once in a lifetime trip for us.

So happy for you! YC is so lovely! YC has non-CL "water view" rooms with views of Crescent Lake or a quiet pool. We had a view of Crescent Lake on our last visit there and it was really lovely. Some of those rooms are quite far from the lobby, but I found if I simply used the stairs to the outside as opposed to walking to an elevator, we were quite close to the boat dock, lobby, etc. You could certainly put "lake view" as a request on your reservation. As PP mentioned, the CL rooms have a view of the "lagoon", meaning the lagoons at SAB. I, personally, would much rather have a lake or quiet pool room. If you check your confirmation, it should specify which category of room she booked for you.
