Ladybug Ideas?

Hi I have got ladybug neice lover. She phoned me up this morning just to tell me that she found a live ladybug in her house. Yes, in the middle of winter.Her third birthday is in March(I feel so sorry that we will be in Disney at that time)so I would love to make her a huge ladybug pillow or something like that for her.Has anyone have any ladybug ideas?Keep in mind that she will be 3 and her twin sisters are turning 2 the month before.

Would you be able to make her a ladybug backpack and put in a bug kit inside so that when Spring comes around she will be able to catch more ladybugs.
You could also make her a ladybug cake or cupcakes.
