Hi, I just printed a test, it prints fine for me, could be the color of paper you are using is the same color as the background? I added another to your folder with a darker background so maybe that will work.

Ok thanks. My husband was printing it on white card stock. He said he tried different things to try to get it to work... I will have him try again. It's not the end of the world and it still looks fine, I just thought I'd ask. Maybe we should try a different printer.

I did add another to your folder with a slightly darker background so maybe that one will work better for you.

I see the instruction however the photobucket is blocked from my work (I don't have computer at home)
I believe it was page 3 in cruise port (searching from my cellphone). the Elsa hands, hair, etc,
is there a way to just print it myself. I'm sorry to bother you. Just trying to figure everything out.
