Lady from my hometown dies in Baltimore Boat Accident

Front page of our local paper has reported that the person who died in the Balitmore Boat Accident was from our Town. There was a huge article on her. Turns out she worked for a local Ped. Physican here, the Dr. was so upset when he got the call, he drove straight to Balitmore to be with her DH and there DD who is in critical condition. She was a very important person in our community. My town is griefing over our lost. Please keep her family in your prayers.

So sorry to hear that. The entire incident is a horrible tradegy. Is their DD the 9 yr old in critical condition? One news report here indicated that one of the missing is the 6 yr old brother of the critical child. That poor family.

Prayers for all involved.

This tradgey would have resulted in even more lost lives if the Navy hadn't been so close. The Baltimore Fire & Rescue Chief stopped by the Naval Training Center to personally thank them for assisting in the rescue.

Yes it is Joanne and Tony Pierce daughter from Vineland, NJ. Joanne was the one who was killed. Such a very sad day here in NJ. Joanne worked at my ped's dr. office, she was a wonderful woman and great with the children. She will be sadly missed.
