Ladies - What do you wear to bed?

old t-shirt and pj shorts (or sweats if I have to shave...I HATE feeling prickly legs on the sheets!!).

I also always hang my bra on the door knob before bed. In case I have to run out in the middle of the night, it (along with my purse) are right there.

Then when I get up the AM, I chuck that bra into the wash and grab a clean one for the day.

I could NEVER sleep in the nude. Not comfy, at all, for me. Plus the running out of the house thing.

I wash my sheets 1x a week, as well.

Summertime it's a cami and pj shorts or a chemise. Winter, cami and capri sweats. But I do always have to have at least a sheet covering my "hip area." :)

"Nothing" is just out of the question! It might work for some, but I just cannot bring myself to do that.

It really depends on the season...a lot of times on weekends and summer when I am on vacation it is whatever comfortable clothes I am wearing when I finally just fall asleep. I do have pajamas, or sometimes an oversized tshirt but to go au naturale....no way.

I also have to wear something..............almost always a nightshirt. If really cold, then pajamas.

Everything from nothing to night shirts or t-shirts. I always sleep with at least a sheet, but I am warm natured, so a blanket only in the winter when it's cold. DH does think that nothing is an invite. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. He's still learning after 31 years.

When we were first married (first 2.5 years before kids) I always slept in nothing. But having to get up with infants and then being available for the kids I started sleeping in t-shirts. We're empty nesters now, so it does vary.

If my house is on fire, the least of my worries would be a bra lol. I always have a t-shirt nearby, but I don't go to bed thinking I might need to wear it outside. Sometimes I just want to put it on.

Usually I start out in a tee shirt in the summer with air blasting and still have night sweats so lose the tee shirt, blanket and sheet.

In the winter I wear a tee shirt and sweats and sometimes soft thick socks - till I get the night sweats.:rotfl:

Pretty much I wake up naked no matter what the temperature.

I HAVE to wear something! What if something happens in the middle of the night? I'm not running outside naked! ;)

Before I had my daughter, many years ago, I wore nothing. Once she was born, I started wearing pjs. Now, I'm old and always wear something even when DD is away from home. I'm afraid of dying in my sleep and having someone find me naked. :rotfl:

T-shirt and pajama pants usually, sometimes a t-shirt and shorts, sometimes a nightshirt/nightgown. It varies, but even if I were completely alone in a locked bedroom in an underground bunker in the middle of a forest, I'd still wear something. That's just me.

This is me. I cannot sleep naked, even if the kids are gone or we're on a couples only vacation type thing.

Nothing, when it's hot, when it's cold I wear sweat pants and a t shirt.

It is amazing how aging kinda kills the adventuresome spirit isn't it? Used to be exciting because someone might walk in on you...now you have to worry about dieing in your sleep:faint: or being rescued by a :firefight. Aging is a wonderful process. :(

t-shirt and men's underwear (briefs). I've tried sleeping in the nude. It just feels weird to me. I don't like sleeping with arms or legs hanging off either. I also have to have covers and definitely a fan blowing on me!

Both DH and I sleep naked.

For all those saying that they can't sleep without something on, I really cannot sleep with anything on. I just toss and turn and feel like I'm getting all tangled and rumpled and uncomfortable.

I do own plenty of pajamas. I wear them around the house in the evening and morning, but they are on the floor next to my bed while I'm sleeping. (When it's below zero in the winter, I will actually leave them on while I get under the covers and get the bed "warmed up". But after about two minutes I'm tossing them out the top of the blanket.)

DH is often on call and can throw a whole outfit including a belt in under 30 seconds, so I'm not too worried about dressing quickly if we absolutely have to. If we've had an emergency with the kids we will either throw something on quick or just run naked. My kids really don't care.

And, no I don't wash our sheets any more often because we sleep nude. However, we do shower at night before bed instead of in the morning.

This is me EXACTLY. :thumbsup2

Nothing. Conversely, I'll probably wear something with buttons and/or ties if I want attention. It's like a busybook for grown men.

I will sometimes sleep in the nude but not often. I am most comfortable in an old HUGE tshirt with nothing else on.
