Ladies: PMS advice needed

What do you gals do to help with PMS bloating? I have been miserable dealing with this and my jeans are very uncomfortable. What do you take/eat/drink to help this?
 
Good question, but I have three different sizes in my closet. :rolleyes1
 
Avoid caffeine, salt, sugar, fat....:headache: Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies.:lmao: Drink water.:crazy2: Sounds like fun, yea right.:rolleyes1
 
The main thing to do is to avoid salt. You bloat because of water retention, and salt adds to that. Oh... and eat a lot of chocolate. It helps. Really. :rotfl2:
 

Lots of water, water, water.

I drink 2 quarts of water everyday, and it really helps me to not bloat when it's that time of the month:thumbsup2
 
I drink lots of water and I take Pamprin. The Pamprin does seem to help with the bloating as well as irritability....not that I'm ever irritable or anything...:rolleyes1 :badpc: DH calls them my "happy pills"...:lmao:
 
I drink lots of iced water with lemon wedges squeezed in it. Pamprin also helps.
