Ladies, do you like wearing hats?

I own exactly one hat, it's a baseball style hat with Winnie the Pooh on the front of it, and it's a denim material. I wear it on the beach mostly to help keep the sun out of my eyes.

I'm thinking of getting another for our upcoming WDW trip.

Any suggestions on somthing that's a different style?

I personally like visors. I have very thick hair and the hat makes my head sweat...at least with a visor my hair is mostly out and my head is much cooler...one of my favs is a navy blue one from disney w/ just a little mickey on the front.

Well I know I already told you my experience with hats, Blondie. Never could wear one w/out feeling like a complete dork. But I went out with DH and tried a few sun hats on, he told me a couple looked good so I bought them. Got down to Orlando and took one look at myself with them on and completed NIXED the idea. I don't know what he was thinking, because they most certainly did NOT look good. I am just not a hat person.

I did end up wearing a baseball cap to keep the sun off my head and face. I still looked dorky, but not as much as I did with a big floppy sun hat.

I like to wear baseball type hats. The only problem is once you put it on to wear it for awhile you just can't take it off. I always get Hat Hair. Especially when it is hot out.

Now a visor would work better for the hair but than it doesn't keep the sun off your head.

I don't wear hats. I look like a complete dork in one! I only own two hats. One is the classic Goofy baseball cap with the floppy ears, the other is a hat/scarf combo that I wear in the winter. I just tossed my Phillies cap because it was dusty. LOL! I would like the cap they sell in WDW with the gang on it all acting silly or bad.

Do you want the hat for your eyes or your hair? If for your hair, how about a bandana?

I LOVE wearing hats...however I feel like a dork half the time! heheh

I always wear one of my 3 NYY hats when I go to games...but my 2 favorite hats are my bucket hats.

1 is red from the gap...dubbed my 'drinking hat' from college...it's one of those "Gilligan" style ones.

The other 2 are similar style bucket hats that my brother picked up for me on one of his shopping excursions to NYC...one is a Burberry plaid, the other is a Gucci print. They are SOOOO cute...but I get weird looks when I wear them.

I LOVE wearing winter hats...heheh...the skull cap type...makes me look like a punk 10 years younger, but I love it. heheh

Nope... definitely not a hat person. The only hat I own is a lime green bucket hat I bought to wear at WDW. I ended up putting all my pins on it! Gave me hat head all week!

I don't do hats. They look funny on me. My DS looks adorable in any hat.

I love baseball and bucket type hats. As far as getting hat head, usually I just carry a ponytail holder around and when I want to take the hat off I just put my hair up. It's one of the many reasons I keep my long hair.

I like to wear hats, but I have a small head and most don't fit me well. I own three baseball style caps that are smaller and fit me okay (2 are Disney golf caps actually). I admit I do like the way it looks when I wear my hair in a ponytail and a baseball cap

Seriously, I told myself that once my hair started growing back enough from my chemo to not wear hats, that I would never wear a hat again. I really do like to wear them, especially my straw-type hats. I was okay with wearing hats before, but didn't own that many. Now, I could wear a different hat every day for a month!

DH likes when I wear hats, because he HATES my short hair!

I look dreadful in a hat, any kind of hat. My face shape is just not made for a hat!

I went to school with someone who would wear baseball caps all the time, but still do up her big fluffy bangs. The hat would be back soooo far on her head, just to fit those bangs in. Hat = no bangs, tuck them under the hat!

I love hats! Wear all types....baseball type, bucket, straw hats, etc. etc. I wear 'em all. But at my last trip to Disney, I wore my visor--white with the Amnerican flag I got at Kohl's for $5--every day. It kept my hair off my face and the sun as well, without holding in heat.

I have to wear hats for work (military). I normally choose not to wear hats other than that except for when I know I am going to be out in the sun all day (beach, WDW, etc). Then I wear a floppy hat with a chin strap. Dorky looking, but betting than the sunburn and freckles!
