Ladies: anyone use hair care products for their thinning hair?

I'm looking for a shampoo/conditioner and any sort of leave in treatment that works for hair that is beginning to thin.

Since hitting menopause, I've noticed my hair has a much different texture and I'm beginning to see a bit more of my scalp.

Any recommendations?

I noticed a product line at my hairdresser’s yesterday put out by Paul Mitchell for thinning hair.
I haven’t used it so I can’t say whether it works or not. Will try to find a picture for you.

Nioxin makes some regimens for thickening and growth. My thyroid medicine made my hair thin years ago and I used this. Just checked and they still make it.

My covid hair loss stopped at 6 months past covid and then started to regrow. Hope yours does the same.

OP, during covid hair loss, I changed shampoo to a sulfate free one. I stopped using dry shampoo and root touch up spray, which can cause hair loss. I already was taking collagen and biotin - which were recommended by my hairdresser.
