Sorry I am checking in late this week. I am down another 2 pounds this past week. That puts me at goal for this challenge. 10/10!!! Hope everyone has a terrific week!
I haven't posted in a few weeks. Last week I'd gained 3 pounds to 154 (TOM) & this week I've lost 4 pounds & am down to 150!!
That's 8/18 I believe and a new Clippie to boot!!
My weight loss has slowed, but I've been eating more breads & other carbs, too. Slow, but sure, wins the race!!
I have a gain of 1 lb but TOM showed up yesterday...so, I'm hoping for a good weigh in next week. I'm happy that I don't lose my halfway status though!
I had to be out of town on business for four days last week, other folks controlling what foods were offered (pizza's too tempting when it's all there is!). I got home late Thursday night so didn't have time to do anything about it before Friday weighin. Gained 5 pounds! Hope it's mostly water so that I can lose it by next Friday...
Down 1.5 pounds! That makes me 4.5/10. I'm almost half way there. I didn't expect to make goal, but I'm thrilled to be almost half way! Gotta run - I need a new clippie!
I'm stuck!!!!! I can't seem to lose the last 4 pounds but at least I haven't gained. I'll keep you updated if anything changes by Monday (my weigh-in day).
I haven't lost anything this week, so there is no way that i'm going to make it to my goal for this challenge. I guess that I have to remember that the weight is coming of much slower now than it was when I first started on this journey. I'll post on Monday with my final weight loss.
