La Vida?

I'm going to stay at CSR for the first time this summer, and I'd like to plan a non-park day: pool, spa and dinner.

I want to lie around the pool at CSR and either:

Go to La Vida and Maya Grill, or
Travel a bit to get to Senses and Narcoossee's.

How is La Vida's spa experience? I was at Senses last year and really enjoyed it. Are the two comparable, and if not, how should I adjust my expectations?

I'm ok with either dining experience; it will depend on the spa I choose.
