LA hotels feedback

We are staying LA in late June. Looking for feedback on either Le Parc Hotel Suites and Loews Hollywood.

We will be staying 5 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids (1 and 3)

We are staying santa monica later in the trip anyone stayed at Shore Hotel or Viceroy here??

I haven't stayed at the Viceroy, but I've been to the restaurant and the bar there. It's a nice hotel, beautiful to look at, mostly well kept. But it's a little awkward to walk anywhere from there. I don't think adults wouldn't have a problem, but crossing those streets with kids could be an issue. For location, I'd rather stay at the Loew's, if the price is comparable.
