Thank you all soooo much! I have switched to Via Napoli and I am very excited! Yes, I get that way about food.
Nicki, it is great to hear your opinion because I love reading all of your wonderful reviews and seeing the yummy photos. Can't wait for your upcoming review!
We haven't been to Via Napoli (hopefully this year) but I can say that we dined at La Hacienda last year and it was fantastic. Didn't disappoint one bit.
That decision is just too difficult - I'm glad you were able to settle on one. Both of these restaurants are fabulous - they are at the top of our list and new standards on our dining rotation. As much as my husband and I love La Hacienda, I'll admit that my family's love of Via is more unanimous. We have three boys and very different eating styles and preferences and everyone loves Via!
My son loved Via Napoli (he was only 8 and we had to order a 2nd pizza he ate so much). La Hacienda freaks me out (but that could be b/c I'm from Texas). I don't even like the smell of the place and we travel to Mexico with regularity and eat there all the time.
We tried both for the first time last trip and La Hacienda was the hands down winner. Great food, flawless service, a very nice experience all around. We weren't at all impressed by Via Napoli but loved La Hacienda.
