I wanted to share with all a great experience (actually, my second) I recently had with WDW merchandising.
On a trip last summer, I got a Mickey polo shirt, which unfortunately after numerous washings has shrunk (mostly vertically). I was down at WDW recently for a conference, and bought another one (one size larger). Since I had both receipts (keep them!!!), I e-mailed the address on the receipt and explained the situation. After an exchange of e-mails (mostly about credit card account info), I got my credit posted to my account yesterday. No hassle!
Back in 2001, we got a Pooh hooded towel for our son at the MK... after we got home and washed it, the 'ear' hemline became noticeably frayed. We called the number on the receipt, explained the situation, and they mailed us a new one.
