Kudos to Tiffany

We had tiffany towncars booked for our trip this past weekend, and everything went according to plan, until check out day. Our towncar was dueto pick us up at 11:30, at 11:45, I called. The person on the phone was very apologetic, and a town car pulled up to the board walk in five minutes. This was my first problem with tiffany. I have used them three times this year. All I could think of was the horror stories I had heard from reading these boards. Anyway, the driver that picked us up apologized, got our luggage loaded, and did everything possible to get us to the airport in a timely fashion. Mistakes happen, but the true test is how they handle it. Tiffany handled it great, and I will continue to do business with them in the future.
