KUDOS to AKL

Just wanted to post my great experience.

On our last trip, I left my fake diamond earrings in the bathroom at AKL. I didn't really worry about it b/c they only cost $10, so I didn't call or anything. A few days after we got home, I got a call asking me to id them and a week later they arrived in the mail - that CM had no idea if they were real or fake and still turned them in.

That's great customer service.

How wonderful for you. We loved AKL. The CM's there were all so terrific. Everywhere we went during our stay there someone asked us if we were having a good time. We were making a stop at our room one night when the turn down girls came in. We told them we were going over to Boardwalk for the evening and they started telling us all kinds of little tips and places to make sure we see. They all act as though they love working at AKL. So glad you got your jewelry back.
