Will they only tie one credit card to a room charge? Travelling with my mom in Feb. I am sure she would enjoy the convienence of charging to her room key. Is there any way DH and my KTTW can access our credit card and have her key access her credit card??

No, one credit card per room. You can get a printout with the key numbers to figure out who each charge goes to and then pay part with a second credit card the night before checkout.
