Congrats on paying off the honeymoon! It does make it do much more real when it's all paid! I wasn't going to do a guest book but DF insisted on one so we decided to use an autograph book and get the characters to sign it as well during the rest of the trip.

Thank you I love the autograph book idea for a guest book! I want something that is different from a traditional guestbook (lined paper that people write their name on - so boring!) and you ladies on the DIS have some wonderful ideas! Thank you for sharing, I am really going to consider this one as well!

I got an email from my floral planner today! He has been really sick and off for the last week or so, but he said that he never received the previous email that I had sent in the middle of June. I remember reading that some of you other ladies had problems getting emails sent to planners, so I guess that is what happened to me too. But I am glad that he is back, he got my second email, and we can now work on all of the things from the first email. Hopefully I will get an answer back soon - there are quite a few changes since my initial BEO.

- We changed our MK shoot so we don't need a floral refresh or an extra boutonniere for DF
- We have to add on napkins now that we have received our samples and have chosen a colour
- We have to change the flowers in the boutonnieres because we were originally using calla lilies for some, and now it will be all roses
- We have to add on favours
- Our number of guests has changed - it is now fewer
- We bought our own sand ceremony supplies so we do not need to rent from Disney anymore
- I asked for some prices on some of the table linens we liked so that we can make a decision on those
- We are changing our centrepieces from the carriages to the silver goblets with roses

And there will probably be a couple more little changes here and there. But it is nice to hear from Warren and know that things will get moving now. I had no idea he didn't receive my email - technology can be so frustrating!

That stinks about the Floral planner not getting back with you, i'm overly obsessive when it comes to bothering mine so they probably know me too well

I do have some stuff left, but nothing that I am stressing over lol Thanks for the best wishes. I had a little freak out when I saw the 1, and I am sure that it will be even worse when it is down to only days and no months left I think that things are on the right track now, just some email failure lol and I have been too busy to worry about sending more emails and such so it worked out. Thanks! It does feel great! I swear I am more excited every day, and not really stressed, which is great! I keep looking at all of the 2011 brides and thinking that it is forever from now, but it is really coming fast - you are only 10 months away!

My floral planner is wonderful! I should have known that he didn't receive my email because it took so long for a response. As you know I got back in contact with him the other day to address some of the changes that we were making, and he sent me a revised BEO yesterday! I couldn't believe how quickly he sent it! There are still going to be small changes, but he changed everything that we discussed and the price is a lot less than it was originally! Yay! I have to leave for work soon, so I will post a better update of the new BEO and changes later, I just wanted to share the excitement!

Warren has now made all of the changes to the floral BEO that we discussed - he is so wonderful! I cannot believe how fast this was all done! So I am going to post a new floral budget. This one is almost final - we have no favours added in yet, but we need to make the final decision and get the final guest count. I am guessing that it will be around $200 - 250 for the favours.

Brides Bouquet - $245
- Round, french bouquet of lavender and white roses, with 5 single and 5 Mickey Swarovski crystals

Boutonnieres - $10.50 x 9 + $3.00 (crystals)
- We changed them all to roses. DF's will be white and everyone else's will be lavender. DF's will also have a Mickey crystal in it. I had Warren remove all Italian ruscus from them as well - I don't like the way that it looks.

Bridesmaid Bouquet - $115
- Smaller version of the bride's bouquet

Flowergirl Rose Wand - $45
- White rose flower want. Head surrounded with purple ribbon loops and trailing ribbon tails. Mist with silver pixie dust.

Wristpins - $21 x 4 + $3.00 (crystals)
- White rose with greens (no ruscus) and silver sheer ribbon. One for each of our moms and our grandma's. I also secretly added a Mickey crystal to my moms. She has paid for almost our entire wedding and is the biggest Disney fan in our family (besides me!) so I felt like she should have that little something extra (yes I know it is only $3.00 but it is still special, and I have a better surprise gift for her as well)

Staged Exit - $129.50
- Lavender and white rose petals in a silver chiffon bag.

Cinderella Coach - $105
- Rental Equipment - $55
- Flowers - $50
- This may or may not get cut. I am not sure yet.

Pre-Reception Decoration - $12
- Sprinkle silver Pumpkin Coach and Mickey confetti on each of the tables

Buffet Tables - $25
- Scattered lavender and white rose petals on buffet tables

Guest Table Petals - $100
- Scattered lavender and white rose petals on each table

Centrepieces - 5 x $45 = $225
- Arrangement of white roses, lavender roses and accents of lily grass made in a large silver goblet cup.

Napkins - 39 x $2.00 = $78
- Eggplant satin napkins placed 1 per guest and 2 for cake table

Cake Floral - $75
- Fresh floral cluster of lavender and white roses on each tier

Cake Knife and Server with Ribbon bow - $60

Thank you! I am indeed having silver pumpkin coach confetti! I didn't really know it was available either, but I said that I wanted minimal decor for the pre-reception and my planner suggested it! It is 6$ for a bag of confetti.
