LOL I just wanted to stop by and say how cool it is to see that my coffeemaker is still with the swap! I remember last year when I signed up for this swap, and informed Krystal that if there was not currently a coffeemaker included with the swap (at the time, there was not, the fridge was lonely and decaffeinated) then she could definitely count on the fact that there would be one after I left!
I purchased a cute little coffeemaker at CostCo, brought it with me to the Pop in late May 2010 and donated it to this very same fridge swap so I wouldn't have to squeeze it into my stuffed luggage on the return trip. Now here I am a year later once again looking for an open swap and it's so cute to find out that my $12 coffeemaker is still kickin' it at the Pop. Go little coffeepot, go! Caffeinate!
I'm sad that I won't be seeing it again, as my dates (May 21 - 31) are taken already, but I just went down the list of Pop swaps in the pinned thread and over half the links are dead or missing the fridge -- it hasn't even been updated since 2009 -- and somehow it just makes me smile that by some tiny miracle THIS swap with my little coffeepot is still going strong! There only seem to be two or three fridge swaps on the whole list of links that are still functioning so I guess I won't get a fridge this year, but I will ask Krystal to go on the waitlist and then maybe someone will cancel, you never know.
I'm rooting for you, small coffeepot, you are doing such a great job making everybody happy. I come to Disney every single year in late May or early June so maybe in 2012 I will get to see you again.
