Yes just go to kroger's website and they will have the list. They definately carry Disney. others that I have used are mcdonalds, subway, chilis, home depot, lowes, amazon, bestbuy, toys r us just to name a few. I have even found really obscure ones there. For example, my son wanted concert tickets for his birthday and I found ticket master gift cards there. I have gotten to the point that i do not make any purchases without swinging through kroger first. I can not tell you the last time i filled up without saving $1 a gallon.

I was at our local Kroger today and I saw they have a Disney gift card that you can load upto $1500 on it. We aare going in May and I still owe $2200 on the room so I can get one of these cards and put the $1500 max on it. Then call Disney to use it to pay for our room.

My question is does that mean i would get $6,000 in Kroger fuel points if it is 4x the amount I put on the card($1500)?

That's correct. However 6000 points is 6 fillups at a dollar a point(the most you can use at once is 1000). If you buy them all in March then any unused points will expire May 31st. Depending on how often you fill your car you may want to consider buying half in March and the other half in April(before April 7th). The ones you buy in April will expire June 30th.

Has anyone had any problems with calling WDW with the GC # to have the GC applied to your balance?
I would like to do this and not wait until we are checking in at the resort and use our GC then and find out there is a problem with one of the GC.

I am not sure what the 6 months no interest deal is but I do know you can pay for your gift cards using your Disney VISA..

Do I just buy the Disney GC's using my Kroger Plus Card at checkout, then the gas points automatically appear -- and I just call Disney to pay off my balance using the GC, right?

And to keep the points from all expiring at once, I could buy some GC's now in March - and buy more in April before April 7th? It seems simple, but I'm sure I'll figure out a way to mess it up! lol

We just got the credit card a month or so ago. One of the "perks" was no interst on a disney vation if booked through disney directly for 6 months. I will have to call or try and find the paperwork.

You have it exactly right. Just make sure you use your plus card during check out and when you fill-up(you have to fill-up at a Kroger Gas Station.) If you have atleast 1000 points when you go to fill up, the pump will ask you if you want to use $1. If you have 900 points it will ask you if you want to use $0.90, if you have 800 = 0.80 etc...

I want to remind everyone again that purchasing gift cards are not limited to Disney. Honestly if you have a Kroger near by you should really make it a habit to pickup gift cards regularly for any purchase you are going to make. The points add up fast even when it is just double.

I get my gift cards at Giant Eagle at double rewards time and trying to figure out the Kroger deal. i bought enough gift cards last week at Giant Eagle to earn me 3.75 off a gallon of gas - which is 30 gallons of completely free gas. 30 gallong limit. So my savings in one trip to the pump is 3.75 x 30 gallons.
To earn a completely free tank of gas I bought around 900.00 in disney gift cards (so spent 900 bucks but in turn got almost $120.00 in free gas at ONE TIME)

Would you be so kind as to compare this for me to Kroger? Never bought at Kroger. But assume I took this same 900 on 4x gc week - what does that equate to and if I read your post correctly the post I could turn in per fill up is 1.00 off a gallon? Or did I read that wrong...

Sadly, we do not have Giant Eagle where we live(I wish so bad we did). However, I think the big difference between Kroger and Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a 1000 point limit so the most you can get on one fill-up is $1.00 a gallon. The other difference is Kroger points expire. I don't think Giant Eagle points expire.

I saw quadruple and got excited...Giant Eagle points DO expire (60 or 90 days after earned) but a big gift card purchase on double points is incredible. I worked it out best I knew how and THINK Giant Eagle is the bettre deal but still Kroger is nothing to sneeze at!

I am really surprised by this. I live in Georgia, have family in Ohio and friends in Va and they all have the special going on right now. Wonder how they decide who gets it and who doesn't??
