Tuesday - 7:30 - Mickey calls again. Breakfast again at Captain Cooks. Off on the Monorail to Magic Kingdom. Crowd is much heavier than not enjoy it that much. You are strapped in a expected. We went right on Alien Encounter. Did chair, the lights go out, an Alien is supposedly loose in the room, and water gets sprayed in your face. Too scary for me. Picked up fast pass for Space Mountain then went over to the Grand Prix racetrack. Holly and Annie drove one car - I was behind them. On to Space Mountain which we loved then over to the Carousel of Progress - a show I remember from my last trip in 1975 and also one of Opa's favorites. Left Tommorrow Land and headed over to the Lion King Show. Very cute. We then picked up Fast pass for The Haunted Mansion and went over to Tom Sawyers Island - Annie had fun in the caves, mines and fort but by now it was very crowded and hot. Back to Haunted Mansion which we all thought was kind of silly. I had great memories of this ride but I guess it is now outdated.
Headed over to SPlash Mountain and waited in line about 40 minutes. This turned out to be one of our favorite rides. Decided to head back to the resort and luckily caught the entire Magical Moments Parade on Main St, right in front of City Hall - no crowds - were did they all go?? Back to the hotel for a quick swim - OH My god there is a lady in a thong - Annie and Holly were "flashed by her" as they walked by the room - they did't mean to peep but just happend to be looking in when this lady turned around and bent over, wearing a thong, sticking her but right out the window!! Sorry I missed it.
Went to the Luau - had great Blue Hawaiians while waiting. We really enjoyed the show. I had made reservations 1 1/2 years ago and we ended up front row, center. The food was very good, all of it. the dancers were excellant, both DD and I were called up on stage for various things. Got some nice pictures taken with the female dancers after the show.
Bakc to room - tomorrow is Blizzard Beach.
