I have to agree; I eat out all the time. But not all people eat out at a bit more adventurous restaurants.
I am lucky to eat in a few places around town and I cannot even count on both hands how many times I had to send something back. That being said......
My opinion, for what it's worth, is that a great deal of people get a chance to try out more table services due to
free dining and are probably not used to eating out a great deal. They are not used to the way food may be prepared, served, or presented. I don't think they know that if something is not prepared to their liking, they can send it back.
I have to say, when I looked at the menu at Kouzzina's, I was completely impressed with the choices. The service was fabulous. I loved the hustle and bustle of the restaurant.
I was recommended to try the Pastisio (spelling?), and I looked and thought cinnamon with ground meat; what an interesting taste. The woman at the table next to me balked about having cinnamon in her lasanga - which is sort-of what the dish is. But it is not just adding a bunch of cinnamon into a bowl of meat; the cinnamon is infused into the meat. It was outrageously good.
Every trip I will be going to Kouzzina's.
