Kouzzina Now Closed

We didn't get the privilege to eat at Kouzzina's when it was opened, however my aunt and uncle ate there last June and said it was wonderful, one of the best meals they ate during their week. However, when my girls and I go to WDW at the end of January I have ADRs for the new Trattoria Al Forno and we are really excited about it, especially after looking at the menu and seeing some pictures of the entrees :goodvibes.

So underwhelmed by the new place coming in. We need something unique..which more Italian certainly is not.

I would have loved to see an Oceanian or Russian or even Native American in that spot.

I certainly agree with that! There's good Italian in Epcot which is right next door. I'm sure the reasoning behind this change is that almost everyone likes Italian food, it's extremely easy and cheap to prepare yet because of the location they can charge premium prices! Thus a better bottom line.

You don't need a park ticket to eat there either. I'm personally excited as the menu offers some unique dishes from the the other italian places. We will see

Im a little bummed as we always LOVED Kouzzina - ate breakfast there often and the staff was always over the top friendly, that being said it was never very crowded. But I thought the food was fabulous! I agree Italian isnt very unique BUT MOST people do like Italian so if its a crowd pleaser than I understand:) I hope there breakfast is good and we can walk in, I dont like to make breakfast reservations EVERY day....

As a BWV DVC owner, we are still mourning our Spoodles' breakfasts! Didn't love Kouzzina!

Polish or Czech. Bring on the Golabki and sweet/sour cabbage soup followed by a poppy seed kolache.
