Kouzzina and lunch?

I've not seen anything official, but I'm curious on if there are any rumors about whether or not Kouzzina will be open for lunch when it opens this Fall.

I used to enjoy lunch at Spoodles, but that disappeared several years ago. (Given how vacant the Boardwalk often is during the day, this wasn't a surprise.) This makes me think Kouzzina is less likely to be open for lunch, especially when it's brand new.

We have an open lunch spot for a day at Epcot in mid-September, and it would be nice to try a new place. Ironically, I have a reservation at Le Cellier, but my wife's not much interested in eating there. If Kouzzina is not open, we will probably cancel it and lunch at Marrakesh or the Rose & Crown.

For those who like "creative solutions" - a late breakfast isn't an option in this case, as we'll be hopping from a morning over at Magic Kingdom, and an early dinner is almost certainly later than we want to eat.

I'm hoping for a lunch too. We want all of our dinner ADRs that we have at Epcto (Teppan Edo and Tutto) so I'm banking on Kouzzina open for lunch if it's open when we go. We really enjoy Chefs de France but I'd rather try out Kouzzina instead!

It would only make sense for them to serve lunch as well. Just dinner seems a little silly to me.

I would guess they will take over breakfast again and not serve lunch- simply because the boardwalk is VERY dead at lunch time.

I'd love it if it was, but I'm not counting on it. Relatively few of the resort TS serve lunch and I don't think there are any resorts that have 2 TS open at lunch time except (sort of) the Boardwalk, which already has ESPN Club and Big River Grill open at lunchtime. I expect Kouzzina to have the same hours that Spoodles has - breakfast and dinner, but no lunch.

That being the case, I'm guessing that it would take a couple months of strong demand for dinner before they'd consider opening it for lunch - which would mean too late for our September trip, but maybe in the future. (And even that might be only during the busier times of year.)
