Kong softs have begun for the general public!!!

It may get express pretty quickly..Transformers opened in June, By the time we got there in August it had Express access

No promises, but it appears they are trying to get gradually longer and longer runs of Kong to warm up for grand opening, it opened around 4:30pm yesterday and closed a bit after 6PM. I suspect something similar today. (maybe open a bit earlier)

They opened just after 3:30 today, this time we went with our 16 months old and did the baby swap. Talked to the person at the normal entrance (where stroller parking was) they walked us into the exit to Baby swap and skipped the queue and we rode single one with the baby one without. You can also ask to be taken down the express queue when you get to the indoor section if you have young kids to skip the scary parts.

My ride was fine, my wife's had the video cut out and problems with the base in the 360 scene. They were working on some technical problems today. It was a last shot to ride for a while, so at least we got it.

Wednesday June 15 I got in line 11 person in line at 1pm because heard a rumor sorts were going to start at 4pm. Around 3 pm they moved us to a "behind the scenes gate" which is located directly across from a splash water pad. Shortly after, 345 pm we were escorted across the walkway to the behind the scenes area of Kong. We walked through the whole maze area and then at 4pm we rode the ride. Everything was working when I rode it, full effects, movie projection, everything was working great!!!! It simulates the movie which one should watch before riding the ride. This is one of the best rides UO has created.
