Kona or WCC

For a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids, 14, 8 and 6 would you choose Kona or WCC? Quality of food and variety counts. We went to WCC in 2003 and really enjoyed it but I have heard several negative things lately. We have never been to Kona. Last trip we went to 'Ohana and were not impressed and the kids (and DH do not want to go back).

We just LOVE Kona Cafe The food has always been wonderful (for breakfast AND dinner) and we try to eat there every trip.

I've never been very impressed with WCC. The food has always been just ok. I know that some kids enjoy the hooting & hollering, but our son did not like it.

We've been to both and went to Kona for the first time this trip for dinner. It was wonderful. Delicious food and great service. WCC was fun with the jokes they play, etc, but I prefer Kona. Also, it's fun to visit Poly if you are not staying there.

I'd give Kona a try, but I'm one of those WDW fans that tries NOT to repeat restaurants each time

Kona was the favorite meal of our trip last year, even beating out Jiko and LeCellier. The food was very good. Nothing compared to 'Ohana, honestly. It's a hidden gem
