Kona Cafe Carryout

We're staying at Poly and I'm wondering if you can get carryout from Kona Cafe.

Some one said on an post the other day that they have gotten take out from Kona, but I don't know from personal experience. I do know that most places do not offer take out.

You can always get room service. The food is from Kona's menu.

We get carryout from Kona all the time. Go up to the podium and the hostess will take your order and give you a pager. When it's done you pick it up and pay. It comes wrapped and bagged for you. Just for anyone that is interested it is still a TS credit if you get carry out.

We got desserts to go one evening. We stopped by just for dessert and the restaurant was not taking walk ins so we asked if we could get it to go. They were great about it dined on the beach instead as we watched the MK fireworks.

We never had carryout there, but I did see people who did. Not sure if it was just dessert or the whole meal but it was a bag full.

Also some of the menu items are available as "in-room dining" where they deliver it to your room.

I have gotten take out from there several times and never had any problems. You order at the podium they give and a pager and when done its in a bag to go.
