This is my first time posting so I hope I am doing this right. I plan to go to Disney 2015, and breakfast is actually my favourite meal so I was hoping to get an ADR for the Kona cafe. The difficulty is we will be staying at the beach club, and can only take disney transportation (bus or monorail). Should we run to Epcot and take the monorail, or take a train to MK and get to the Polynesian there? I just don't want to be late and don't know the best/quickest way would be. We also will have a scooter with us, because I'm disabled and don't want to slow my best friends down.

This has me a bit confused as there's no "train" to MK. What time is your ADR? If it's after Epcot opens and you have park hoppers (or plan to spend that day in Epcot with a regular ticket) you can enter via the International Gateway, walk to the front of the park, get on the monorail to the TTC and then walk from there to the Poly. You could also get off at the TTC and board the resort monorail, but it'd be faster to just walk over. Your only other options would be a taxi or taking a bus to MK then getting on the resort monorail.

Take a bus from BC to MK.

Take monorail or boat from MK to TTC.

Walk from TTC to Poly.

I would allow more than 1 hour to do this.

Kona is one of my favorite breakfasts on property so :thumbsup2 on that one! We always take a bus to MK and the monorail to the Poly. What time would you be looking to get an ADR? The buses start running at 6:30am just so you know when the time comes to actually do ADR's.

I like early breakfast ADR's so that I am done and can be at the park for opening. Last time I had breakfast at Kona in 2012, I had a 7:30am ADR.. thats when they start seating. I gave myself time to get there. Got to the bus stop at POFQ and a MK bus was there waiting at 6:30am. I was the only one on. The driver asked me where I was headed to during the ride and I told her the Poly for breakfast. She was so nice and took me straight to the Poly so I didn't have to worry about time. They don't always do this but it was a nice gesture.

Every now and then I book through mears for really early ADRs at resorts, It's about $10.

If you want to take the monorail, schedule your ADR after 9:00 am, because the monorail currently has reduced times. You can take the boat earlier than 8:30 am, but not sure about navigating the boat with the ECV.
