I received 15% off from Kohl’s during the 15, 20 or 30% discount. I tried to change to 30% off, which the code is SPECIAL30 and Kohls will not allow me to change it over. I was reading that if you are a rewards member, we are suppose to be able to use 30% off once a month. But anyways, Kohls seems to be able to tell which percentage off you are able to use.

My understanding is that Kohls now has specific codes for each person. I got 30% off for the current sale and my promo code is like a 16 digit combo numbers and letters. AND it states I can only use it 10 times between in store and online. Is there a way to enter the old way of just putting in the code? I used to always just change it to the 30% one in my 'wallet"

It actually did work for me! I had a friend with a 30% code (I received a 15% code) that she passed on to me. She did not use her code at all, so might not have worked if we had both tried using it.
