Kohl's Cash Question

Kohl's is having their Kohl's cash promotion right now - spend $50 and get $10 in Kohl's cash for later. Today, I spent $151.23 at Kohl's, and got $20 in Kohl's cash. I only noticed it when I got home. Shouldn't I have received $30 in Kohl's cash, or are there other rules/exclusions that I am not aware of? Maybe sales tax isn't included? Thanks in advance.

Tax Is not included...you can go back and buy something small. The clerk will add both receipts and adjust your kohls cash.

If you go to the Service Desk, they will adjust it for you.
