believe,
the night setting is actually using slow-sync shutter setting. This means that the camera will even be MORE prone to movement.
kimmie,
I personally like Canon better, Kodak have more of a red-push and Fuji have more of a green-push. (Meaning, red colour in Kodak will have more punch, Fuji's green colour will have more punch). Whereas Canon does not have colour push.
In fact, Canon A70, A80 does have "Vivid" mode if you like to take certain pictures with red-push but defaults to "Neutral" mode.
If you want the Kodak, the main 3 differences between the units are:
1. CX uses plastic body, DX uses metal body (more durable)
2. CX uses Kodak Retinar lens, DX uses Schneider/Kreuznach lens
3. CX has 3x optical zoom (37mm-111mm), DX is 4x optical zoom (36mm-144mm)
Hope it helps,
