I remember reading here somewhere about not having to take dish detergent in a bottle. Something about putting some on diaper wipes. Can someone refresh my memory or refer me to that message??? Thank you. Any help would be appreciated.

My DD took paper towels and laid them out on counter top, then wet her hands with water and blotted them on the individual paper towels (just getting them moist), then she took dish soap and rubbed it on both hands and blotted them on the moist paper towels, then allowed the paper towels to dry completely( maybe a couple of hrs), then folded them and put them in a zip lock bag. She used one everyday of our trip to wash sippy cups and was very pleased with the results.

You can also cut up a sponge, wet the pieces, add detergent and let them dry. Put the pieces in a ziploc and use as needed at your resort. I prefer to take a small travel bottle with detergent in it (you really don't need much) and use one sponge or washcloth for the week.

I cut up a standard size sponge into about 4 pieces and then swirled liquid dish soap on them and squeezed them a little bit in some water but make sure the soap is pretty concentrated. Then I just let them dry out completely and throw them into a ziploc bag once they're completely dry. I usually take about 8 small sponge pieces (what was 2 standard sponges) and use one per day then just toss it. :) It works well! We even took these with us to China on our adoption trip a year ago.

The dollar store sells disposable towel (like a very sturdy paper towel made of thin cotton) I put dish soap on those and let them dry. They worked very well.

I filled a small container with dish soap and carried it, and used a wash cloth..that way I could clean the table too:)
