Kmart Coupon $5 OFF Toy $5 or more

I wouldn't drive an hour to use a coupon.

They werent meant to be used like this. But I suppose that doesn't matter.

I used this coupon at buy buy baby without a problem yesturday. They take competor coupons and I asked if they take this coupon and they said yes.

Used it again today. . .I think this was my 7th time. . . The only problem was when I tried to use 2 in a row on different transactions. It worked last week, but not yesterday. Oh well, it's like free toys for christmas!

Got lots of cute princess stuff so far. Will be donating them to toys for tots or some charity. Hate K-Mart (has a funky smell just to name a few things wrong with this place) but close to free toys to donate to a child makes it worth it.

I used 2 today. The first one I used was for 2 Toy Story 3 cars. The second one was for a Barbie outfit. Neither one scanned, but that was not a problem. While she was keying in the second coupon she asked a manager about both of the coupons having the same number. The manager said that's how it is suppose to be.

i found out that I couldn't use 2 in a row, because 1 was $4.99. It has to be at least $5.

I received the coupon a couple weeks back for my twins...today when I went to use the 2 I printed off the cashier called for a manager. Who then proceeded to tell me I was committing coupon fraud. I had her call the store manager who refused to come talk to me. I waited for 20 minutes and he just relayed messages through the customer service employee. He said he was refusing to accept even one because they were fraudulent. I then left the store and called him from the parking lot and he told me he had contacted loss prevention to investigate this and he hadnt even heard of this coupon. I gave him my name and # and told him to call me back. I then called customer service and they said it is NOT fraudulent. So they contacted the manager and he is STILL refusing to accept it. So i then asked him to take down the web address that the email took me to and look for himself. He said he would and then call me back. An hour later I still hadnt heard from him. So I called him back and he said it wouldnt open the page. So I AGAIN called customer service and gave them the web address and sure enough it opened right up and they again said "Yes you should be able to use this in seperate transactions". This manager is a JERK! I will be calling him AGAIN tomorrow. I also reported them to the BBB for humiliating my family and I infront of other customers by saying we were committing fraud. Talk about rude!!! When the cashier scanned the coupon it didnt beep...it took it off and showed "Reward 5.00" on the screen...but still...it was "fraudulent". AMAZING!!! Grrrrrrr

I've been watching and reading this thread. I actually work part time at K-Mart, as a cashier. There was a note posted last night regarding this coupon. Any cashier that takes this coupon and does consecutive purchases will be wrote up (more than one transaction in a row using this coupon). They are also not to fond of people using it for a less than 6 dollar toy so I am sure that the next time this coupon comes around they will put a minimum purchase on it.

Please don't get nasty with your cashiers, its not our fault. Times are tough and we need our jobs.

If you are seriously asking, yes K-Mart pays about 50 cents less an hour than other retails in the area that I work. Yes, they are understaffed. I've only worked there for about 3 months and I can already tell not many stay long. This is my first retail job and the only place that would hire me because I also work a full time job so I am only available in the evenings. I'm mid30's so I appreciate K-Mart helping me put food on the table at night and clothes on my daughters back. Most of the younger ones that work there honestly don't care. I am very sorry you have dealt with so many unhappy cashiers, since I obviously shop as well I know how horrible it is.

I must agree that the unhappy ones seem to be very young (early 20's or younger). I understand that you do not fit this criteria... and I am also happy that K-Mart was able to help you in such a way!

This is what concerns me most when using a coupon like this. I can handle rude cashiers, I've observed so many rude customers that it can't be easy. And while I like saving a buck or two as much as anyone, I'd feel terrible if someone got written up over it, or worse, lost their job.

Sorry to all the people who have problems with this coupon. My store has been great with us using it. I try to buy something else when I do. I seem to get the same cashier everytime I use it and she has never said anything to me. Thanks to this coupon kids at our food pantry will get a little something for Christmas this year. I would rather go to K-Marts than Walmarts anyday.
