Kitchen tour at Bomas?

My mom read in a guidebook that if you get to Bomas around 3:30/4 they let you tour the kitchen...has anyone done this?

It's not a kitchen tour, but they take you to both Boma and Jiko, tell you a bit about the restaurants, and let you taste a little of the food. So you don't go in the kitchen, but it's a nice tour anyway. We ended up making a PS for Jiko for a couple weeks later because of the tour.
