i think last episode was the first time ive ever seen the ending saying he reverted back to everything...

such a slap in the face for gordon ramsey...

They both were out of their minds. I wonder how Samy made his money (based on his "I'm the gangster") comments to Gordon Ramsay.

Bonus points to Amy for throwing out frequent references to God while acting like a hell beast.

Frequently, the owners revert back to their old ways after these shows either partially or completely. You can't completely change attitudes in a week. I tend to write down the names of places on these shows and if they're dirty and not clean, I make it a point not to go even after the show.

Both the place Gordon went to in my town and the one Restaurant Impossible helped fix up reverted. They were just using the show to get a remodel. I think lots of places do that. then they bad mouth Ri or GR when they look bad on the show.

There are 2 restaurants near us that reverted back as well after Gordon and Robert left. And the one that Robert fixed up not only reverted back, but was recently listed for sale on Craigslist and marketed using RI.

What I don't get is how on earth they still get people to work for them. They're both serious whack-a-doos with the tips stealing and the insane hypersensitivity (Amy apparently never makes mistakes so an "are you sure" is obviously an attempt at insubordination ) They'll eventually run out of people willing to even try to work for them.

I'm really glad I caught last night's show. What a train wreck! DS and I were watching with our jaws on the floor. Glad he walked (ran?) away from that insane couple.

I checked Tripadvisor after watching the show, and apparently it airs earlier in the week somewhere. People who had never been there were reviewing the place based on the show!

ABC is on FB and people are ripping them to shreds. They have even closed the inbox so you can't message them. Supposedly she went to jail for a year for applying and accepting a loan under someone else's ss#. If they don't close soon they are sure to be bankrupt!

The owner's cats left paw prints in my cake. I brought it up to the owner and she responded by yelling at me, demanding I leave her establishment. She even accused me of being an undercover agent from another restaurant. I simply told her "Look lady, I just want another piece of cake that hasn't been walked on by a cat." A long awkward silence followed. With a quizzical look on her face, she said: "I speak feline...meow, meow, meow...

Yum. Nothing like a lil' paw print decoration...

I went to check out the episode since so many people were talking about it...wow, that was uncomfortable. I'm really glad I've never seen anything like that. Makes the waitress who clearly doesn't want to be at work look wonderful by comparison

I had to look up the episode and watch it after I saw this thread. Wow!! All of that rage, tension, and confrontation was giving me chest pains! I could never be in an environment like that. I'm way too soft. I would have started crying just by being around all of that toxicity. I'll be shocked if they don't shut down within a week. Who would ever work there, or eat there again?

I don't know, the whole thing is getting pretty out of hand. I mean, they asked KN to film them, so what resulted was both entirely their fault and good tv. But it was also weirdly restrained--I actually felt like GR stepping away when he did was in good taste.

But it's turning into human bear-baiting over there on facebook...it doesn't help, of course, that neither of them seem to be able to restrain themselves--the whole thing is an advert of what not to do when faced with a social media crisis--but it's turned from fascinating trainwreck to some real nastiness.
