Kings Creek in Williamsburg RCI

We were planning to go to Williamsburg this October and use our points through RCI, but for various reasons we decided to go to WDW in October and save Williamsburg for March/April 2013. I talked with MS, but they don't show anything available that far out. The week we're looking at does include Easter and obviously that will be spring break for many people. Anyone have any idea how likely we'll be able to get a 2 bedroom there? The way I understand it, we can get onto a waitlist now and they won't transfer our points to RCI until something opens up. Correct? Our UY is April, and the trip will cover 3 days in March and 4 in April, but I assume this doesn't matter since we have two years to use points once they are in RCI. Does that make sense? We will have 360 points from 2011 (banked) and 2012 combined and will use some 2013 points to cover both trips.

Looking online, there's nothing past Dec. I think you're very safe getting something there for that time but you can likely rent it for MUCH cheaper than you can exchange. For that time at or under $1000 for a 3 BR most likely, probably under.

If you have an Interval International membership (or know someone who does), you can get a getaway week for that resort (or almost any Williamsburg resort).
April 2013 isn't available yet, but current listings for April 2012 show 2 br units for $350-$400 for the week.

Book it as soon as it comes available that time of year is a high volume for kings creek plantation it is a beautiful resort and very well kept. My parents own at the cottages there and are going in May.
