We haven’t been to Disney since they changed the drop off for the strollers rented from a third party. We usually rent from Kingdom Strollers. Are they still dropping off at the resorts?

Thanks

Kingdom Strollers will drop off and meet you at the resort. They cannot deliver to bell services.

I believe they also have a pickup/dropoff at MCO.

ScooterBug is the only vendor allowed to utilize Bell Services for drop-off/return. Other vendors will meet you in person at the resort. Some have set delivery schedules, others will work with you for a personal time. And as PP mentions, I think there are a couple vendors who have opened locations at MCO.

Enjoy your vacation!

I used Kingdom Strollers in the past and loved them but since the switching of rules, you may want to consider Orlando Stroller Rentals. They drop off and pick up earlier than Kingdom Strollers if you have a super early flight and their counter is closer to Magical Express. I am using them for our upcoming trip. Our stroller is being delivered to AKL and we are dropping it off at their counter at MCO.

Hi, we’re trying Orlando Stroller rentals for our first trip in April because it’s so close to ME. I never thought about meeting them at hotel for pickup but doing drop off at MCO—is there a reason you’re not picking up and taking it on ME when you arrive? Just curious!

I'm going to be doing something similar, mostly because our flight gets in later in the day than the stroller pickup at MCO is open. I won't need it, really, til the next day when we're in the parks so I'll just have it delivered in the morning and then I'll be good to go.

I'm going back and forth about picking it up at MCO and having it delivered. Right now I'm having it delivered so I don't have to go out of my way at all. I feel like if I missed a Magical Express bus in the few minutes it took me to get the stroller, I'd be kicking myself. But, on the other hand, if I get to the resort much earlier than I am anticipating because my flight leaves exactly on time and I don't wait on the Magical Express at all, I might be able to get to the MK quicker if I pick up the stroller at the airport. I'm torn! Drop off at the airport is an obvious choice. The drop off counter is right where Magical Express drops you off, from what I understand, but the counter is a 5 minute round trip walk from where you board the ME. I'm not in any hurry dropping off, just killing time till my flight. However, I don't want to be bogged down at the airport for any longer than I have to picking up.
