How do you get one versus two double beds? Pay extra? Make the request and cross your fingers that you get it?

::yes:: Just an FYI, we requested one at POP last year. We got our King, but it was a HA room (no tub), so just be sure what you're getting before you agree if you do get it.

All Star Music offers them on the website; we just reserved one room with a king and one with a double. I hope they honor it. :goodvibes

Yep. And be prepared if you don't get it. Some are fully handicapped accessible, some partially. We just got one at All Star Sports that had the regular tub and shower combo but just with hand holds all over the bathroom.

Got a king last year at movies and did not request it!it was my daughter husband and I and we walked into the room and there was only 1 bed! We were going to call and try to switch but figured oh well- guess we will just all sleep together even though my daughter is a serious kicker!

Our only King bed requested was at ASMusic and it ended up being a HA room which we really didn't want :sad2:. I would make them tell you at check-in and then you can decide if you want something else instead of getting to the room and being surprised.

I requested one last year at Pop, didn't get it:confused3 Loved the location of the room so we kept the room and pushed the two beds together and pulled them apart at the end of our stay.

Most of the king bed rooms are HA.

I didn't think you could move the beds in a value? Aren't they on a pedestal type thing?

We are thinking of requesting a king connecting room this year....we realize it'll be a BIG chance request....but it might work out :)

You can choose the HA option when you book it, then you will be guaranteed a king bed.

You could, but it probably isn't the nicest thing to do. HA rooms should really be reserved for people who actually NEED them, not just because one wants a bigger bed. :goodvibes

I completely agree.

We don't mind the full size ones.....we're not tall or big people so they suit us just fine. We don't plan on putting that we need a HA room just to get a King bed....we don't need one that bad LOL.

I will request a King connecting, but if we don't get it.....no big deal :) We've slept on the other beds at POP for all our other vacations.
