my first generation Nook died. I share an acct with my son, daughter and mother. There is a special on the glow one for $99. I love my Nook except for one thing- I find getting books from the library difficult so I don't use it much for that task. I am a huge library person. So I get all my books hard copy from the library and only use the Nook when I really want something and I load it up for vacations. The glow version of the Kindle is $129 and is supposedly better at getting library books. The con is I won't be sharing an account with my family anymore. What would you do? Any advice from someone's who has either device for library books would be very helpful. The Nook people said if I get their tablet, it works great for library books. But then you have to buy a special screen thing to read outside, it's more money. i don't need a tablet.
