OK guys. Just a short post for now to list my food for yesterday:
B - heart smart oatmeal
S - celery & lite cream cheese
L - LC pannini chicken sandwich
D - pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans (Denny's)
S - 1 bite size Three Musketeers bar
Not the best dinner, but better than some of the other things I was considering!
water - 80 ounces

, so I don't expect you to read it all. But basically, I started out struggling to complete less than 10 minutes on the eliptical, and now I run anywhere from 3 miles to 5 miles! I'm not great about exercising on a regimented basis, but I do what I can. I have an extremely busy life and not too much help at home since my DH works an insane number of hours. Excuses, excuses.
